Personnel were standing around chatting with each other instead of helping customers. Numerous customers in TV section on 12 January 2012 waiting for some assistance and nobody helping them.

I brought this to the attention of one of the people, he said he would help and he promptly went and joined another group of personnel chatting away instead of actually helping.

I eventually just left the store.
