I was at the Clicks in Tyger Valley yesterday and I was beyond annoyed. I was looking for something in the beauty and cosmetic area and the two ladies that were supposed to be "working", were useless! They saw me looking and trying to get someone to help me, and the one just sat on the floor of the store, with papers lying all around her on the floor, sorting them out. The other one was sitting on a chair, reading her book. No one came to help! So I ended up guessing what color (BB Cream) I would be and just took it because NO ONE WAS THERE TO HELP ME. When I got home, it was the wrong color. I tried returning it and they refused. This is absolutely ridiculous! Now I am R70 out, with something I can't use, because the Tyger Valley beauty employees have no interest in helping their customers. If I was at Cape Gate, within two minutes the lady would be helping me.
