I have been calling for months regarding a query that I have and I am still no further advanced! I have spoken to various people at the call centre, who all promise to forward me the relevant information that I require, but they either never do, or, they forward the incorrect information! How do these people take instructions!? I am so frustrated, since this is dragging on for months and the billing information regarding my account, that I have requested time and time again is critically important! I have explained to them that my attorneys are waiting for the information and that their incompetance is causing great delays for me, but this does not seem to make a difference. I have requested for Ntombi, a manager from Cell C to contact me, or for her number to be given to me & I am told by every person, that they do not know who she is!!! Yet, I have spoken with her before! What is the point of sending emails to the customer services department, when the automated response claims that a consultant will revert to you within 24-48 hours and a week later, there is STILL no response? This is pathetic! More like a joke! Are the people in these positions qualified? Do I go the legal way?
