I have insured a cellphone with this company... a month later it fell down and broke into pieces, an investigator by the name of Santosh was appointed.he began his conversation with a sarcastic remark asking me why did i cover my cell for a month, implying that i intended to break it. the conversation with him was filled with sarcasm and him being cynical. following this he claims to have retrieved information from my cell which is in 100 pieces and claims that there is only information from prior to the cell being covered.further to this he requested that i give him access to my cell phone records and calls for me to prove that the cell was in use during the time of cover. i fail to see how access to this information is sensible as it is my personal information and i believe it to be confidential too and i fail to see how access to this information would justify the sensitivity of the information being required, this claims was logged in november, it is now january and i have recieved no feedback from this company. i would not advise any person to take up insurance with this company and be treated like a convict without any proof.
