You know when or wonder why in the animal kingdom some eat their own, there is definitely a place for Cell C and the people who work there as they obviously either do not understand nor comprehend how irritating it is getting SPAM from a service provider.

I am at least once a month reporting on Hello Peter the problems I have with Cell C sending SPAM to my mobile number and get endless promises from the CEO office escalation team that I will never receive anything from them again unless it has to do with changes to my account, Cell C LOTTO has what to do with my account?

I too have gone on the Cell C website and asked not to be contacted going forward as previously requested clicked on all the options that there are to not get any useless information (SPAM) I do not want or require anything at any time for any reason.

Armando Morris made me a promise a year ago which has never been kept and now I await a response from Karin Fourie, the escalation process is tedious but I will get it right and if necessary will have to make an appointment with Cell C and go see the CEO possibly? No one else can do what they say they will, maybe he will?
