I've requested two documents. Only one was received, the claim. I've requested the document containing the services and treatments which Key Care Plus members may and may not utilise. Which, according to the agent is in writing. I would like to peruse this information. Although Monique has mentioned that the information is freely available on the website, there may be an assumption that all members have internet access freely. Therefore I have specifically made the request that the information be sent to me via email.
Please forward the requested information as I do not have time to make the request again telephonically after being on hold for longer than any human being should be.
