2 Weeks later and yet no REFUND!

With reference to my previous reports. My account was finally sorted and I got a phone call from Cell C verifying my bank details to what they have and so that my refund can be processed. Its been over a week now and NOTHING! Cell C has no IDEA how urgent that money needs to get back to me! I HAVE ACCOUNTS TO PAY! They are super fast to TAKE your money but when it comes to giving it back they take forever!

SOMEONE look into this! PLEASE! I'm at breaking point as none of you people actually CARE!
