Cancellation fee debited without reason

Since my previous report I have been contacted by Derick from Cell C. He was in contact with me every day keeping me updated on his progress. He finally had good news for me on Friday that they were going to credit or refund the amount. I asked for a refund so he had to get back to me. Just received a call today saying that they will refund me - in 7 days! That means I have to wait a whole four weeks to get back my money from them. Still not very happy :-( I suppose I should be because I wasn't even sure that I would ever get a refund. However I don't have it back yet so will have to keep holding thumbs.
