4 Weeks and Cell C still did not refund me

I went to Nedbank in Three Rivers where I made 2 cash payments into cell c's bank account. I took the proof of payments to the cell c store in Three Rivers where they faxed and E-mailed it to the head office.
Next day cell c cut both of the contract lines. I had to go back to the cell c store and the faxed the proof of payment thru to the head office again.

2 weeks later i phoned cell c to find out what my instalments will be for the end of March 2013.
I also asked them if they gonna debit my bank again for the amounts that Ive already paid. the guy said no i must just fax the proof of payment thru to them again, as he cant find it on the system. i faxed the proof of payment twice that day to them. Later that evening they cut the lines again. after a huge fight wit 1 of the consultant, she opened the lines again.

End of march cell c debit these amounts again.

Im struggling 4 weeks now to be refunded. i have to phone every second day and then they tell me they will get back to me. last week wednesday 17 April 2013 a lady from cell c phoned me and said this will be sorted out the end of the week and the refund will be done.
This is week 4 and still they didnt refund me.
