Cell C
Cell C just cannot delive

I am supposed to get a refund from Cell C. First they told me to phone back 2 weeks after the money was deducted via debit order, as their records need to be updated. I phoned more than once. I was promised (on 27/11) that the money would be paid back into my account. I had to call back on the 30th. Then again on the 3/12. Still no refund. I am so tired of phoning Cell C and being passed on from one department to the next.
