I was at the bluff store in January to correct my debit order date as I no longer get paid on the 30th of each month.informed the staff member that I now should be debited on the 15th of every month. I then had to pay my account cash which did. The staff member then faxed their head office my receipt of payment in order for the account to be updated. I await for my account to be debited on the 15th of febuary and again nothing so paid cash again which then becomes a huge inconvenience for me as I must travel to pay a store that has a debiting option. There has been no contact no phone calls no letters regarding my account and it becomes very frustrating to learn my account is in arears when the money sits in my account until the 25th of each moth hoping the debit would be taken. This intail gives me a bad itc record making me look bad when it is the companies lack of service delivery.which is disapointing if that's the case I would rather switch to other cellular providers as autopage has cut my cellular network and I canoot use my mobile numbers as they block my services yet its their lack of service I would never ever reccomed anyone to them.
