I had an account with Cell C Get It.
I cancelled the account in Jan 2013.
Some how they reconnected me. I had not received any accounts from Cell C.
So one day when I did receive an account I saw that I was still been invoiced for Cell C Get It.
I don't know who said or gave Cell C Get It the right to just think I would carry on with the account after I had cancelled.
Its now Oct 2013 and they still take my money every month. I have asked for a refund. I have been fighting with Cell C Get It now for two (2) months. I don't know how they work.
Nobody at Cell C Get It has even asked me for my bank account or anything.
They don't even get back to you.
I received an email to say that I will be getting a refund. Still today nobody at Cell C Get It has refunded me and you cannot phone them because the number on the web site does not work. it tells you that the number you have phoned does not work.
How can you run a business like this?

People are quick to take your money, but when it comes to them paying you back, you are lucky if you get your money/refund back.

I have no idea where this country's service is going too.
South Africa's service has gotten really bad.
