Been struggling with MTN signal for a while now. Complianed via email and it took them ages to even respond. They send us a coverage box to fill in and we are still waiting for them to get back to us. We run a business and cant struggle like this. Their service is very poor and they absolutley dont care. Their customer services is just as bad. You cant make phone calls or the signal goes down. Incoming calls signal lost. Sending and recieving emails take the whole day cause the signal is very poor. We have complained several times and they dont do anything about it. I have a contract but cant use it and still they expect me to lay for their services but the service is unuseable.
