Payment not being allocated to my account

The payment to my account has been effected since the 6th August 2013 but even today the 20th august the payment has not been allocated to my account and I've been querying the matter since from the 14th of august. Every staff member that I contact keep pushing the problem to the next person no one want to own up and get the problem solved and some of the staff don't even know their work as one call centre agent told me it takes three weeks for a payment to reflect on their account while other say it takes one to two working days. And as a result of the incompetent staff I'm bearing the telephone costs of having to call everyday and let alone the interest that's accumulating on the balance that has been weeks ago been paid up.
