I have complained numerous times, and Cell C just gives me the middle finger in terms of responding.
There was some data service in our area between 6 - 10 at night but now there is NONE. I usually get an from Customer Care trying to roll my a BS story, but usually he does not know what to say when I poke his story full of holes.
PLEASE NOTE THEIR ANSWER IS FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON THE ISSUE, WHEN IN FACT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON. LOOK AT THE SITE MYADSL . CO .ZA TO SEE THAT THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR CHINESE NETWORK IS... CHINESE QUALITY
The sad fact is that someone called me 2 weeks ago about an OLD complaint, but said he does not work during the hours of complaint so he can do nothing!!!
