Cell C confirm no data on East Rand!

So I complained on Hello Peter about Cell C about the fact that I have been paying for a data sim for the past 9 months with no data available. Cell C did reply to the Hello Peter post to say they were investigating pretty quickly, but as usual they have not come up with the goods. After paying my account diligently for the past 9 months without any access, visiting the stores to complain, writing complaints via email and eventually giving up, but then remembering Hello Peter I decided to try to get a resolution to the problem again. Their answer via a message on my fully efficient MTN cell phone after a week of investigation was that they realise that there is a problem with data connectivity in the East Rand and are working on the problem. They are closing my complaint as it will hopefully resolve itself in the coming weeks. WELL that is NOT ACCEPTABLE.Cell C you are in breach of contract - I have paid you for a service that you are unable to provide. Please refund the money I have paid, offer an apology and let everyone in the East Rand know that you cannot provide a data service. What the heck are you advertising on TV at great expense for. I am livid but not surprised.
