I have a complaint regarding the quality of the Cell C data service in Pierre van Ryneveld, Pretoria area. When I moved here I had a superb signal and high download speeds (I have a black modem). In fact I even recommended your service to some of my friends. I also switched my cell number to Cell C.
Now, a couple of months later the service has deteriorated so much that I can hardly open any webpage! I have 100% coverage (according the modem software) yet hardly any data is moving over the network.
Fix it or I go somewhere else.
