I have complained at CellC call centre and on hellopeter, and I simply do not get ANY response! If I call the useless call centre, it is the same excuse over and over again. "There is a fault with BlackBerry BIS ineternet services" This have been going on for 2 months now. They can not give a reason why it is not working and when it will be fixed.
The data in our area is SO bad that with all their promotional data, we can not even use it!
THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO CELL C.
1) Cheap Chinese network
2) No data coverage
3) Useless BIS
4) No service from their staff
I am porting back to another network soon and also cancell my contract application for my company.
RATHER PAY TWICE, OTHERWISE YOU GET HALF THE SERVICE IN ANY CASE!
