I logged my query (ref. no's SN3062402343 & 1789017) with regards to the problems/sub-standard internet data service with Cell C in mid April this year. I have followed up on this no less than 6 times. However, to date I have not received any feedback. The once or twice that I did receive the courtesy of a response it was merely to tell me that someone will deal with it & get back to me. To date this has not happened.
It's now more than 4 months... Please could someone at Cell C deal with my query & provide me with feedback.
