So, for 4 weeks I have been trying to get someone in Cell C to respond to my complaint that their data network has degraded so badly, that it is near impossible to use the data service. I have logged my complained twice on the website and have sent many emails... the response is "we will contact you in 72 hours", have I been contacted... NO! So this is a 2 year contract, there is no device... so I only pay for service. which Cell C is not providing, so I guess we use Hello Peter to tell the world how good they are.
