Last month I had weekend minutes available and like always I catch up with family over weekends. I noticed that Vodacom is taking some of my peak minutes over weekends. I never complained which is my own fault, I actually forgot about it. Tonight, 31 March 2013 I had over 100 weekend minutes left, I started calling friends and family to use the minutes which I loose if I do not use it, and Once again I found that Vodacom is TAKING my peak minutes I am on a smart 450 package I think. This is completely unnaceptable and it seems that they are using the "more expensive minutes" to cover themselves... How many thousands of consumers out there is being caught like this? I will be escilating this matter to the highest level to ensure justice is served onto us consumers! I am not happy about this! To all customers, check your minutes, Vodacom is from you...
