Wrong pricing and contract information

I was misled twice by Sajid at the above mentioned Vodacom Chatz. During my first visit I chose a different contract to my existing one. I also chose a new phone. When I received my first monthly bill, I was shocked to hear that my bill was so high because I had to pay monthly installment on my phone. Sajid conveniently did not tell me this when I chose my phone. Nor anything about the BIS! He put me again on a different contract that I've been ask for, as I unterstood And ask, he put me on a anytime 75min, 20 off peak 100smsse... BUT then I realised again that this is not anytime it is f peak time! Cherry on top vodacom billed me in Feb while I was on prepaid R200per second with other calls, pathetic!!! Its been 3months now since I've upgrade that my contract is not on what I've ASKED for!!! Please advise me, because I will NOT leave this as it is! I've been to Beeld, they will put this in! I had enough!!!
