I was recently contacted by Vodacom offering me an upgrade on one of my contacts. i was told that my package will be migrated to a talk m a get a new phone which was all good until i looked at my bill... i was being billed for my handset installment for my old phone as well as my new phone. why was this not mentioned by Vodacom when i upgraded??? your so called contact upgrade specialists should look into the customers best interests... not just wean more money out of their customers so that they can get commission on a sale. This is terrible communication and very frustrating
