I took a 2 gig data contract with cellc and the guy over the phone explained to me that it was 2 gig for R99 and he still tried to sell me 2 gig plus 500mb for R110. i told him i was not interested and only wanted the R99 offer. i see on my bank statement that i was charged R668 and hardly use the thing because after the 2 gig is over it tells you, you have exceeded your limit. when i phoned the customer care they tell me that after the 2 gig is over i get charged for what i use. when i was not told that. i hardly even use the thing because the data bundle gets finished so quickly so i would like to know how i got a bill of R668. i waited to speak to a team leader but they just make you wait on the line. i am furious and disgusted by their service!!! can someone please assist me. thank you.
