I have taken out a new S3 contract with MTN last year. Since I recieved the contract I never got my free monthly data. When I complained about this the MTN in Uitenhage noted that I was still loaded to BIS for my old blackberry. I asked for a refund for all my Mb of data lost and what did MTN tell me: Sorry SIR the network was down and they cant refund you??? Whos network is this MTN! @! @! @
Mtn has billed me also incorrectly WHEN I changed ownership of the cell they billed me R150 now this month they billed me an additional R150 again? Which I am still waiting for a response from Liesl in Uitenhage
Why does MTN require my money if they cant render a service?
No action for the last 3 weeks if MTN does not refund me in the next week I will gladly stop my payments!
