Complaint / review / scam report
I changed my handset to a blackberry z10 which i recieved as a gift and was only advised that i would be billed an additional ammount for bis and nothing about been billed for data usage as on my previous handset it was free. I spoke to 2 consultants one at a branch and other from the contact centre and they both failed to tell me this. My bill came to R 4200 and a query was logged on the 08.10.2013 with still no feedback to date. I've called on numerous occassions to find out if there is any feedback as i was given an sla of 2 weeks and am given no info and never receive a call back when promised.
