I took out a new contract which was supposed to include my BB service. The service was due to start 1 March 2013, but it did not. I was told that it would take some time for them to get back to me and fix the problem. Well I received some strange text on Wed, 10th (10 DAYS LATER) which is unreadable, so I am still not sure if my query has been attended to. My query with the call centre was that I have now had to pay R65 for TWO Months for the BB services as it was not active as per our agreement for the 1 March 2013. enquired whether I would be refunded for the R130 I spent on the service which I should have had. No one has yet responded.
