Congratulations I believe are in order for your appointment as CEO of 8ita now known as Telkom Mobile.
I am unsure as how this is good news for me the subscriber but all I know is that once I had ported to 8ita, my life changed.
I have been using Mtn for the last 7 years and before that Vodacom with Cell C in-between. So I am what you may call "well travelled." To this day, I have the sim cards of these players, to prove the point of my epiphany, I often try them on my phones and modem to compare, and like I said, WHEN I PORTED TO 8ITA MY LIFE CHANGED.
I had accepted as norm that Network providers offered poor customers service, horrible or non-existent network coverage and charged exorbitant prices. It was settled in my mind that they sought ways to rip off customers always, and since they knew everyone needed their service, they were convinced they could do whatever it is they wanted; their services would be needed anyway.
When I began to do this business I realised that I needed for my network, both phone and internet, to be sharp 24/7. I noticed that I could not access Facebook, BBM, Whatsapp and t
