I currently have a 2Mb/s ADSL line which operates at speeds ranging from 0.1Mb/s to 1.4Mb/s. 80% of the time my ADSL speed is approximately 0.7-0.8Mb/s. I have been complaining for 2 months about the bad speed and received no positive feedback. This for me is a misrepresentation of a product that Telkom advertises. I have proof of the poor speeds by using [URL Removed] to record my network speeds at different times. I would appreciate a response from Telkom.
