MTN - Service Breakdown at its worst

I'm going to keep this as short and brief as possible. I willingly switched cellphone networks from Vodacom to MTN, at first it went great, I subscribed for data line and cellphone, and as of late I started seeing a returned debit order of three times my normal subscription, which led to even more bank charges, I inquired from MTN and they gave aunclear response that I had subscribed to some content subscription. Mirra network and iTouch, which I didn't. And the worst part they said that its external companies, but they had no problem cutting my lines off and promised all sorts of promises to fix it, have those content subscription cancelled and refunded, I waited and waited until no one else cared to respond to me, I am paying my contractual subscription agreement every month, but they continue to have my lines suspended, this is a day-light roberry and breach of contract, with huge service breakdown and incompetent customer care.
