MTN SP - Service From for over One Yea

I submitted My BB 9780 on 12/01/2012 at MTN Westgate B for a double Imaging problem (software related) Unit was upgraded on 17/06/2011.Ever since the unit went in for repair under insurance, the response from both MTN Insurance and MTN Westgate B has been pathetic. Excees was paid on 20/01/2012 - Invoice no: 249637.The record of all communication with all and sundry at MTN sent is to long too mention in this complaint over this one year period, suffice to say that none of the officials or responsible managers have not bothered to call meto date. I might add that I am a client of MTN since the inception of cell phones. I was reduced to talking with the courier company of MTN insurance who also did not come back to me. To date I have still not received my unit and in desparation have taken on the hello peter reporting system. If this is how they treat their long standing clients and the arrogance of Luki and his superiors in not responding to my call as well as recording my query on tothe MTN website with no feedback what so ever has a lot to say about the MTN service to it's clients. Failing this attempt I will take the matter up with th Short term Insurance indutry Ombudsman.
