We bought a kitchen unit at Ucan Westgate Mall Roodepoort (Johannesburg) November 2012 .Tshepo the sales man came and took measurements and delivered the kitchen unit. When they were installing the kitchen unit it did not fit it was to big meaning that Tshepo the sales man took the wrong measurement. We reported the matter to him early December 2012 and told him that the measurements were wrong and one piece is not fitting. He promised to come and fix the matter as soon as possible. We waited for him for 3 months after reporting and he never came we were the ones who used to call him everyday and he kept on saying he will come as soon as possible. We escalated the matter to his manager (Melanie), the manager (Melanie) promised that she will get Tshepo to fix the problem that was last year October 2013 . The problem is still not fixed and we reported the matter 2012 its 2014 now and still having empty promising.
