I called Netstar 2 weeks ago to conduct a test on my unit as this is a requirement from insurance companies as well as Netstar to be assured unit is operational. We were informed that within 20 minutes they would inform us where the vehicle was tracked. 2 hours later we had to call again just to be informed the vehicle had no signal. We were told to contact sub contractor Levitts. I am a short term broker and cannot recommend this service to my clients under the Fit & proper conduct as we are advisor to our clients. After a complaint I was told that a manager would call me as I was not happy with service received. I am still waiting with no effort from Netstar I have had no service and I have unit that doesn't work but yet I am charged for this service. I don't see why I must run around trying to sort out their mess and they don't seem to have a care about their clients. I need my money back for service that has not been delivered
