Bad customer service

Hi,

I bought a three piece wall unit last year (2012) and took out the insurance for the product. A few months ago the unit was accidentally damaged so I reported this to this store and was advised that the unit was now out of 1 year guarantee of which was a suprise to me because I didnt know that the insurance on a product had anything to do with the guarantee seeing as I am paying for the insurance on a monthly basis.

I reported the matter to their headoffice and a case was opened which was only attended to 3 weeks ago and the unit was collected at my house for repairs. I am now struggling to get the company to return my wall unit and they keep making promises everyday that it will be returned to my house.

Yesterday the complaints consultant at their headoffice called to find out if the matter has finally been resolved and I informend her that I am still waiting for the unit to be delivered. 5 minutes after her call the Khayelitsha branch manager phoned and asked if I was at the house so they can deliver the unit, I advised him Yes but they never came.

Please I need help with this because I was paying for a damaged product and now I am paying for something not in my possesion
