Unacceptable Service

I handed in my damaged I-Phone to the Autopage Cellular Mt Edgecombe, Durban, KZN store on 13 June 2013 and i was aware that there was a charge. I received no quote from Autopage Cellular and the damaged phone was returned not repaired on 6 August 2013. I then e-mailed management and to no avail and after numerous phone calls I was then informed by Bheki that there was no loan phones available and my phone would be repaired. A week later I was then called by Sebaka who made promises and eventually a month later a loan phone was sent to Autopage, Mt Edgecombe on 5 September 2013 but when I went to collect same I was amazed to find my phone was still not collected for repair. It seemed to me that the management have no respect for their customers and showed their incompetence in dealing with customers queries. It would appear that being a premier client with VIP status means absolutely nothing as this phone is being used primarily for business purposes. What is the point of being flagged on this premier programme. Its now nearly 3 months and abolutely nothing was done to repair my I-Phone. My rights as a customer has been violated and am contemplating teminating my contract.
