How long does it take to repair or replace phones?

I submitted my phone to Autopage as it was damaged, to be replaced or repaired through the insurance. I was told it would take 10 working days.

It is now fast approaching 20 working days and the hand set has not yet been repaired. I have been in contact with Finrite and others in Autopage and get cc'd on communication constantly about how the phone has not yet been repaired.

I find this an unacceptable level of service. To my knowledge it took over 10 working days for the phone to arrive at the repair center.
