I cancelled Telkom Mobile contract mid April 2013. Ported my number back to Vodacom as a result of Telkom Mobile admitting that there network service was not up and running 100% in the Sea Point area and that I needed to wait another 6 months for them to be up and running. I told them I am not prepared to pay for a contract now for a future service.
Eventually I spoke to Sheldon in retentions they agreed to the port and also cancellation of the contract without any penalties. I have phoned them many times as they still insist on sending invoices for a service which i don't have?
All I want is for them to stop sending the invoices as there is no contract with them.
They service as as pathetic as their network!
