As per their latest pre-order ad on the vodacom website, one is allowed to pre-order the new Samsung S4 phone. After you supply all details they say someone will contact you shortly. It's been almost 2 weeks and no response. I am not the only person to have received no response for the same thing. Frustrating as you do not know what is happening nor do you know weather your pre-order was successful.
