I recieved a billing amount of R531rand which is totally wrong. I was promised by Cellc that my contract will be sorted out after my upgrade was a total mess and yet again i have no other option but to use hello peter inorder for action to take place. I will be contacting the CPA for this false billing amount which cellc wants to debit on the 28th of April. I will be reasonable and give cellc 30minutes to contact me and fix my account today before i get billed for this incorrect amount. I have phoned for help but seems like noone really knows whats going on with my pakage at this point i feel like cancelling it and using another network cause cellc has not met the contract standards which i signed for.
