Groupon SA frustrating customer service

Groupon SA frustrating and utterly disappointing customer service.
I placed an order on the 13th December 2012 for a Hame A1 Mobile 3G to Wi-Fi Battery Operated Hotspot Converter at a cost of R450 which was immediately deducted from my account. GROUPON ADVERTISED: " PLEASE ALLOW FOR 3 to 4 Weeks FOR DELIVERY" I thought this was acceptable, even over the festive season. On the 13th January 2013 I enquired at the Groupon Zen desk as to the status of my order. I was directed by an automated, cold response to the Group On courier service companies website and instructed to enter one of the various codes on my voucher to track my order. This returned no results or answers. Having to go back to the Groupon customer service Zen desk I was then informed by another cold automated response to be patient as Groupon were dealing with the back log of orders from the festive season and that their courier company had gone under. I enquired again about the status of my order and again received the cold automate response directing me to contact various other departments to deal with my complaint. It is now 2 months, (9 weeks) and I have not received my order or an adequate response.
