To whom it may concern,

It was brought to my attention that a MTN contract has been opened on my name and has been debiting of my FNB account since 2005. I have been to the MTN branch at Fourways mall to report the incident along with all the required supporting documents, affidavits etc still with no feedback what so ever as to what and how MTN will be proceeding! I have also called the MTN call centre and also logged a email directly to your division of which off course had no joy or response!!!

MTN is required to refund me immediately!!

Question- What happens when a client is owing on his or her account? MTN is rather quick to take action however when they owe a client refund they seem to never be bothered as to how their accounts/ divisions conduct these cases that has been logged on numerous occasions.
I suggest MTN get proper processes in place internally and not allow for busy clients like myself to be following up on matters like this!

I would appreciate some sort of response from MTN regarding this urgent matter as it has been appauling for me to constantly call MTN and get no positive answers!!
