Cell C - Full of Empty promises

Still no response from any one at Cell C. I paid the balance of R777 which is not what is outstanding and monies are now due to me. I have bank statements that I emailed to Ayanda but no Ayanda has even tried to call me. The 15th was yesterday and I have no minutes available on my phone, 82.03 MB data left over. I connect to WiFi every single week day and this problem has still not been fixed. How is this possible, all your adverts say you are the best but we do not get any good service. I am speechless, I cannot believe how you condone this type of cust serv. Will this ever get sorted out? Will it be better if I come to Head Office and deal with you face to face? Ayanda has not spoken to me in 4 weeks now but u keep saying how shocked u are that she hasn't dealt with this. Yet you yourself are not doing anything. I want this sorted out please. The billing is incorrect, the debit orders are incorrect the usage of data is pathetic but like the heading says empty promises Cell C is wonderful at.
I will keep at this till this is sorted. I want to be contacted today, it took me a good while to get my phone switched on after you suspended it last week. this is ridiculous. FEEDBACK PLS
