It has been more than a week ago that I last received feedback on progress on my query logged. This is pathetic. I have even sent a email to the branch manager as well as Ayanda - the first 2 days after I visited the store on 16/01/2014 I Received calls from Ayanda to say they are working on it and he assured me this will be sorted out in a day or 2 - to my surprise 10 days later and now I am not getting any feedback. This is a disgrace.
