Cell C, All your promises of Ayanda calling me back etc i can not believe, i also cannot believe when you apologiese for any inconvenience caused because this is a ongoing thing and had any customer been important you would honour on your promises. Today is the 6 and another debit order has gone off my account Ref CELL C SP31369802 1200745461. Im still waiting for response on the previous debit orders. No one phones me no one gets back to me. This is absurd. I tried to blacklist 1 of my phones and lines as the phone has been yesterday and they tell me i must go into a Cell C Shop because they cant do it. What nonsense. Can Somebody please phone me. There is no communication with Cell C even though you are a telecommunications company. Where is my refund for Cell C get it. Who is going to assist me with the monies being deducted that shouldnt have???
