Cell C: My lines are being suspended today after how many emails requesting what the balance is that I owe as 3 Debit orders were deducted amounting to R1440.78 were deducted. I have still heard nothing from Ayanda, how many emails must I send and how many times must I complain before I get heard. IF I don't hear anything today, I want these phones collected and a refund for the months I paid for get it after it was supposed to be cancelled in December and assured in January it was cancelled. I cannot be having this issue where Cell C deducts to little money and there is cash available but then switches my lines off.
I think you could agree with me that this is absolute pathetic customer service as not one person has contacted me.
I want this sorted out. Its a never ending nonsense story from cell c and this is just pure negligence to your customers.
