I have made 3 posts before regarding Cell C's PATHETIC data packages. I spent R 1 800.00 for 200 Gb which I cannot use as it is to slow. So slow that a simple latency test cannot even be done.
Every time they called me with empty promises and with the last call I told the technician I will give it a week before demanding a refund - he agreed.
MIRACULOUSLY the speed went op to almost 1 Mbps yesterday but ONLY for yesterday. Today I'm back at 0.14 Kbps and can hardly connect to any website.
I do NOT want Cell C to phone me anymore with their empty promises!!! I simply want them to send me a fax (to the number I provided) authorizing a full refund of my money. The shop I bought this from refuses to refund me.
Let's see if Cell C will agree to stop from the public and refund!!
