I'd like to know why my bill is suddenly R945... and why I am being charged for Telkom ISP access twice in one month?
I was charged for (TI DO Uncapped Advanced TIN1712881 Apr 13) on invoice Invoice date : 12 Mar 2013
And I see the same charge on Invoice date: 11 Apr 2013 (TI DO Uncapped Advanced TIN2120349 Apr 13)
There was an issue at the end of March where my internet ISP account was cancelled, I called the same day and requested it reinstated, Telkom insisted I cancelled it that morning - I asked for proof, as I did not, and they were unable to provide proof.
I did not request my account to be cancelled in the morning, and then call back when it stopped working 6 hours later asking for it to be reactivated, and will not accept being charged for such?
