I am really frustrated with the incompetence of this company. I am supposed to be on a Do uncapped advanced package which should never be more than R650 a month all inclusive. The person who did the order for me in the beginning however opened two separate accounts for my ADSL. One invoice is now for my line rental and 2mbit ADSL part and another separate invoice for my 2mbit Uncapped account with Telkom Internet. This is causing me to have two separate debit orders go off my banking account. This month however I have been billed R1060.73 in total for do Uncapped Advanced which should never be more than R650 as I have a discount contract package for which I signed a 12month contract on top of that. That's R400 more than what I should pay. No one at 10210 can explain to me why there is two separate accounts for this one product and why I am paying over a R1000 for a 2mbit Uncapped account. This account is a total mess and I am now R400 short to pay my maintenance this month for my child. When this dispute is finally settled when and if Telkom ever figure out where they up they will only credit my Telkom account and I am still left over R400 short this month. UNACCEPTABLE!
