We suspended our Telkom line for March (line cancelled 28 February), but we still get charged for March, after we asked the consultant 3 TIMES, and the consultant said "you will not be charged for March".
When we phone the call center - they have no clue, and say our invoice is correct.
The call reference number on which the consultant confirmed 3 TIMEs that we will not be charged for March is 72984323A.
The invoice number in question is 303A10018038.
Please rectify this - we should not be calling the call center and holding the line for hours to rectify a mistake from Telkom.
