I HAD A TELKOM MIX ACCOUNT WITH TELKOM THAT I CALLED IN AND HAD CANCELLED IN NOVEMBER 2013. THE SIM CARD IS NOW NOT WORKING BUT I AM STILL BEING BILLED FOR THE CONTRACT. I CALLED TELKOM REPEATEDLY AND THEY KEPT SAYING IT WILL BE CANCELLED BUT HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED ON THEIR SIDE TO DATE. IN THE MEANTIME I AM BEING BILLED FOR A DORMANT SERVICE. I ALSO NEED THE AMOUNT THAT I WAS BILLED FOR UNFAIRLY TO BE CREDITED BACK INTO MY TELKOM ACCOUNT!
